1. Sakura Haruno from Naruto
We couldn’t start this list of pink hair cosplays without Sakuna Haruno of course! Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock all these years, you probably know who Sakura is. She’s one of the main characters from Naruto, and one of the most popular characters of all time.
Sakura Haruno was one of the members of the original Team 7 that included Sasuke, Naruto and Kakashi. Sakura is a polarizing character; some love her to death while others despise the hell out of her (i.e. she’s kind of useless at times). Although to be fair, she’s a lot better in Shippuden. But make no mistake, everyone knows who Sakura is. So she’s a great option for one of those easy pink hair cosplays!
2. Yae Miko from Genshin Impact
If you don’t know, then Yae Miko is actually a Kitsune fox. But in her human form, she’s one of the prettiest and sly characters from Genshin Impact! Yae Miko was introduced during the Inazuma arc of the story as the Head Maiden of the Grand Narukami Shrine, as well as a close friend of Raiden Shogun. And her personality is so sassy and mysterious, you can’t help but be intrigued by her.
Surprisingly, there aren’t too many pink-haired characters in Genshin. But if you were to choose a character from this popular gacha game, I’d definitely choose Yae Miko!
3. Sukuna from Jujutsu Kaisen
Oh yes! Sukuna is from Jujutsu Kaisen, a relatively new Anime series. He’s the main antagonist of the show. He’s actually a cursed spirit that everyone feared in the past, but now is inside Yuji’s body after he consumes one of his dead fingers. Sukuna’s incredible power still lingers to this day. He looks awesome and if you want to cosplay someone badass-looking, then definitely go for Sukuna.
4. Reese from Animal Crossing
Animal Crossing has tons of potentially great cosplays (P.S. if you want Animal Crossing cosplay ideas, click here). Reese in particular has pink hair, so she is a character you can definitely cosplay as. In the game, both her and Cyrus are the owners of Re-Tail (get it?).
Reese and Cyrus are perfect for couples who want to cosplay together. Who doesn’t love their cute little aprons? They’re a match made for each other!
5. Mina Ashido from My Hero Academia
If you want to try using bodypaint for your next cosplay, then you should definitely cosplay Mina Ashido from My Hero Academia! Mina is an incredibly upbeat and cheery character! Mina is pink-colored and looks like an alien. While not being very good in her studies, she definitely fits the cheerleader role of the series. 6. Nurse Joy from Pokémon
If you’ve played Pokémon or watched the Anime, then you definitely know who Nurse Joy is! How can you not love Nurse Joy? She’s the one that heals your team at the Pokemon center after a hard battle! With the Anime she became even more notable, especially with Brock falling in love with her all the time. Nurse Joy is a great choice, because almost everyone knows who she is. All you need to cosplay her is a pink wig and her hospital gown and headwear.
7. Diona from Genshin Impact
Diona is a cute chibi character from Genshin! She is actually a bartender for the Cat’s Tail in the game. Because of her alcoholic dad, her quest is to make the worst alcoholic drinks possible in order to destroy the Mondstadt winery industry. But Diona is so good at her job, she ends up making the best drinks, doing the complete opposite of what she’s been meaning to do!
Even though Genshin is the most popular series to cosplay from right now, I don’t see a lot of Diona cosplays in particular. So if you want to cosplay a pink-haired character from the series that’s uncommon, then Diona is perfect for that! She has a cute design with cat-like features: fluffy ears, big paws and a tail!
8. Anya Forger from Spy X Family
Everyone loves Anya! She is the adopted child of Loid and Yor Forger in the Spy X Family series. Anya has a unique ability as a telepath to read minds. But she never reveals the truth about their parents, probably because she doesn’t want to ruin the perfect family.
Anya is a great choice because she is currently popular at the moment. And it doesn’t matter if you’re big or small; I’ve seen even buff cosplayers cosplay her as a joke. Go for it!
9. Yuno Gasai from Future Diary
Even after all these years, Yuno Gasai is THE poster girl for Yandere, meaning having a crush on someone to the point where they’ll use violence to maintain that relationship. She’s so sweet and…yet so deadly! A perfect pink-haired psychopath.
10. Madoka from Madoka Magica
Madoka is the main character of the magical girl series, Puella Magi Madoka Magica. The show starts with Madoka as a typical schoolgirl living her life in Mitakihara, Japan. Until one day she encounters a cute-looking cat named Kyubey, who offers to give Madoka magical girl powers in exchange to fight witches. And from that point on, things get REALLY messed up! I’ll leave it there.
Overall, Madoka is a lovable character and her outfit is awesome, making her a great choice for any magical girl outfit cosplay ideas! It’s similar to a maid outfit, just a lot of pink. If you’ve been to a convention in recent years, you’ve likely seen a Madoka cosplayer. Her outfit is great!
11. Hilda from Fire Emblem: Three Houses
Hilda is everyone’s favorite ditzy girl from Fire Emblem: Three Houses! Forced by her older brother to attend the school to learn how to fight on the battlefield, Hilda is quite lazy and tries to get others to do the work for her. But when she puts the effort in, Hilda is skilled at almost everything and trusted by Claude when preparing for the missions. She’s a sweet girl!
Although Three Houses is a few years old now, the cosplays from the game are still relatively popular. If you cosplayed Hilda, I’m sure you’ll still get noticed at a convention!
12. Zero Two from Darling in the Franxx
I remember when Darling in the Franxx was hugely popular only a few years ago, and how everyone was cosplaying Zero Two. The Anime was great and the main character is great. Although the cosplay hype for Zero Two is not what it was before, she’s still worth cosplaying today. Her bodysuit looks fabulous with her pink hair!
13. Mitsuri from Demon Slayer
I have to include a character from Demon Slayer! Mitsuri is that character we all need in our Anime; someone that’s lovable and cheery for everyone. She’s always thinking about others before thinking about herself. Mitsuri has a colorful appearance, with green stockings and pink hair!
